Free paper shredding event for residents of Daviess County

My husband and I are so guilty of keeping documents for much longer than necessary. And you? It all stacks up and takes up space in our office. It is so important to destroy all documents containing your personal information. It’s amazing that this FREE Shred Event can help us make the process safer and easier!

Daviess County Shredding Event

Keep your personal information safe. Destroy your check stubs, paid utility bills, tax forms, bank statements, or anything that includes information about you and your family. Residents, businesses and institutions in Daviess County will have the chance to get rid of these items during a Shredding event organized by the Daviess County Tax Court and the Town of Owensboro. The Shred event will take place on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Owensboro Sportscenter from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

There will be a limit of 100 lbs per vehicle. Confidential and personal documents will be shredded on site by Piranha Mobile Shredding. You should shred all documents containing sensitive information to avoid identity theft. This is a great way to do it!
